Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of the end-to-end delivery excellence for exchange crypto wallet products, ensuring high quality and timely execution.
• Function as the product owner, overseeing product design, implementation, and live deployment phases. This involves critical coordination with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and design to conceptualize and deliver robust crypto wallet solutions.
• Play a pivotal role in defining and continuously evolving the product vision and overarching strategy, aligning with business objectives.
• Lead strategic product initiatives for tokenized assets, encompassing areas such as tokenized equities (bStocks), streamlining deposit and withdrawal flows, and optimizing asset distribution mechanisms.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges to proactively identify and implement enhancements to the product offering. Maintain ultimate responsibility for both the user experience and the security posture of the product.
• Rigorously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented features, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed recommendations for continuous improvements and optimizations.
• Clearly and concisely communicate the product plan and roadmap to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.

Essential Requirements

• Possess 3-5 years of relevant project management or product management experience, particularly in the context of complex system integrations.
• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, or demonstrate equivalent practical work experience.
• Prior experience with financial or payment products, including reconciliation processes and channel integration, is essential; blockchain related experience is highly preferred. Exposure to tokenized securities or Real World Assets (RWA) is considered a valuable advantage.
• Demonstrated strong problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, coupled with the ability to collaboratively manage projects and ensure they remain on schedule.
• Exhibit an excellent understanding and intuition for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
• Familiarity with lean and agile development methodologies, with the adaptability to adjust processes as necessary for an efficient remote team environment.
• Be results oriented, possessing strong analytical and problem solving skills to derive actionable insights and make strategic decisions.
• Demonstrate excellent time management and coordination abilities, allowing for concurrent management of multiple projects while adhering strictly to project schedules.
• Possess an adaptable, broad minded perspective, and be comfortable thriving in a dynamic, fast paced remote working environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a mandatory requirement to effectively coordinate with global partners and diverse stakeholders.
