Senior Product Manager - TradFi Wealth at Binance

About the Role

Binance is seeking a highly skilled TradFi Product Manager to join the Binance Earn team. This pivotal role focuses on converging traditional finance (TradFi) with the rapidly evolving crypto ecosystem. The successful candidate will independently own the entire product lifecycle for Earn's TradFi product line, encompassing critical areas like Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), mutual funds, equities, futures, and advanced structured products such as dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked payoffs. This position demands a strong blend of product strategy expertise, financial structuring knowledge, and agile delivery capabilities, requiring profound Traditional Finance understanding and a fervent passion for bridging conventional and on-chain financial systems.

Responsibilities

TradFi Product Development

• Lead the planning and execution for Binance Earn's TradFi product portfolio, including ETFs, mutual funds, and equities/stocks.
• Manage the full product lifecycle for TradFi offerings, from initial market research, detailed requirement analysis, and Product Requirement Document (PRD) writing to comprehensive product design, successful launch, and continuous iterative improvements.
• Conduct in-depth research into traditional finance market trends and user needs, strategically connecting TradFi investment scenarios with the crypto platform to deliver innovative, cross-market wealth management experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure all TradFi products adhere to regional regulatory requirements and are viable for local market launches.
• Proactively explore opportunities for crypto and TradFi convergence, including Real World Assets (RWA), tokenized equities/funds, stablecoin yield products, and other groundbreaking initiatives.

Structured Options Products

• Oversee the design and operational aspects of structured options products, such as Dual Investment, Snowball, Shark Fin, and various other options-linked or principal-protected financial structures.
• Partner strategically with Quant and Market Maker teams to meticulously define product rules, payoff structures, and essential parameters including strike price, Annual Percentage Rate (APR), tenor, and knock-in/knock-out levels.
• Continuously optimize pricing parameters and yield curves for existing structured products to significantly enhance market competitiveness and user returns.
• Dynamically adjust product launch strategies and category mix in response to changing market conditions and volatility fluctuations to maximize Total Value Locked (TVL) and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Delivery & Growth

• Drive end-to-end product delivery from conceptualization to market launch utilizing agile development methodologies, meticulously tracking development and testing progress to ensure timely, high-quality releases.
• Coordinate seamlessly across diverse teams including Engineering, Design, Quant, Trading, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to successfully achieve product milestones.
• Monitor and analyze key product metrics such as TVL, Assets Under Management (AUM), conversion rate, retention, trading volume, and revenue to inform data-driven product iterations.
• Gather and incorporate both internal and external user feedback to consistently improve the product experience, while actively monitoring competitor offerings to maintain a leading market position.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of demonstrable Product Management experience within financial products.
• Mandatory hands-on TradFi experience in one or more of the following areas: ETFs, mutual funds, equities/stocks, futures, or brokerage/trading products.
• Proven knowledge of structured products and options, including a practical understanding of payoff structures like dual-currency yield, snowball, shark fin, and other options-linked or principal-protected products.
• Working proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential for effective cross-border and cross-region collaboration.
• Extensive experience in full product lifecycle management, from ideation and PRD creation to launch and post-launch iteration, ideally within an agile framework.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully drive cross-functional initiatives involving Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Support teams, with strong prioritization and influential skills.
• Robust analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with comfort in working with product metrics and user behavior data.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills; must be a fast learner with perseverance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Product Management experience specifically in funds or equities/stocks (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, brokerage, or trading products) is highly advantageous.
• Advanced knowledge or practical experience with financial options and derivatives, including pricing models, "Greeks", scenario analysis, and hedging mechanics.
• Familiarity with emerging crypto and TradFi trends: Real World Assets (RWA), tokenized assets, on-chain yield products, or DeFi protocols.
• Prior experience with blockchain technology or Web3 products.
• PMP certification is considered a valuable plus.
• A strong passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets.
