Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy design and continuous optimization of a community content product, specifically 'Square', with a strong emphasis on post ranking, content recommendation algorithms, distribution channels, and effective filtering mechanisms.
• Enhance user experience, boost community engagement, and improve retention rates through strategic improvements in content quality and ranking methodologies, ultimately driving overall user growth.
• Formulate the comprehensive community content strategy and long-term roadmap for the content ecosystem, covering content classification, recommendation optimization, and distribution frameworks.
• Design, iterate, and refine content recommendation and distribution strategies, with primary objectives focused on Daily Active User (DAU) growth and user retention.
• Conduct thorough analysis of the interplay between community engagement and core user behaviors, developing impactful growth strategies and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Perform competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Independently manage the complete product lifecycle, from initial strategy development and feature design to data validation and ongoing iteration, translating strategic visions into practical, implementable product solutions.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of proven experience in strategy products, community products, or managing content ecosystems.
• Preferred experience within the Web3, fintech, or large-scale content community sectors.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in areas such as post ranking, content recommendation, user retention strategies, or content-driven growth initiatives.
• Possess strong strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to effectively balance immediate execution needs with long-term platform development goals.
• Excellent analytical skills, crucial for evaluating and improving content quality, assessing community health, and enhancing user engagement metrics.
• Exhibit clear and structured thinking, adept at breaking down complex ecosystem challenges into manageable phases and constructing actionable roadmaps.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, essential for aligning diverse stakeholders on strategic objectives and execution plans.
