About the Senior Product Manager Role

Dandy is actively seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the strategic direction, development, and continuous optimization of our practice-facing software. This critical role is integral to our international expansion efforts, focusing on delivering robust software tools and streamlined workflows that enable dental practices globally to manage their operations efficiently. You will be responsible for key aspects of practice account management and interaction with Dandyโ€™s core services. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, finance, operations, sales, and customer service, to create intuitive, scalable, and compliant software solutions that exceed the expectations of practice owners and their staff. This high impact position demands a balance between delivering an exceptional user experience and achieving operational excellence, directly contributing to customer success and Dandyโ€™s global business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Practice Software Vision & Roadmap: Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Dandyโ€™s practice-facing tools, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless user experiences across daily operations.
  • Deliver Seamless Practice Experiences: Build intuitive, transparent, and user-friendly software that simplifies complex tasks, earns customer trust, and reduces friction for practice staff.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with engineering, product design, finance, legal, sales, and customer operations to align on product priorities, requirements, and execution.
  • Ensure Accuracy & Compliance: Work with finance and legal to ensure financial and practice-facing systems meet tax, healthcare, regulatory, and audit standards across geographies.
  • Optimize for Growth: Support flexible practice workflows, new revenue models, flexible payment options, and feature expansions into new markets.
  • Modernize Our Infrastructure: Evaluate and implement integrations with payment processors, practice management systems (PMS), tax engines, and external service providers.
  • Leverage Data to Improve Systems: Track user engagement, product performance, and financial metrics to identify trends, eliminate friction, and drive strong business and customer outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Product Management Expertise: 4+ years of dedicated product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or building software for practice management.
  • Technical Fluency: Ability to engage closely with engineering teams on system architecture, API design, data flows, and third-party integrations.
  • Customer Obsession: A deep understanding of the daily lives of practice owners and office staff, coupled with a strong advocacy for their success and a commitment to designing products that simplify their work.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Demonstrated capability to manage complex stakeholder needs across business, technical, and operational teams effectively.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proficiency in working with performance metrics and operational data to diagnose problems and inform product decisions.
  • High Bias for Action: A proactive approach to moving quickly, navigating ambiguity, resolving blockers, and consistently delivering measurable value.
  • Excellent Communication: Talent for translating intricate user needs and technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience building software within B2B, healthcare, dental, or practice management domains.
  • Familiarity with payment gateways, ERP systems, billing platforms, or regulatory compliance frameworks.
  • Proven experience in building software solutions that facilitate global expansion.
