Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to proactively identify new growth opportunities and market trends within the crypto ecosystem.
• Strategically develop and implement data driven growth initiatives across various product lines, aiming for significant user acquisition and engagement.
• Define critical key performance indicators (KPIs) and rigorously monitor product performance against established strategic goals and growth targets.
• Optimize the entire user funnel, including acquisition, activation, retention, and referral mechanisms, to maximize product stickiness and user loyalty.
• Design and execute A/B tests and other experimental methodologies to continually improve product engagement, conversion rates, and overall user satisfaction.
• Foster strong cross functional collaboration with product managers, marketing specialists, engineering teams, and regional business units to successfully launch and iterate on new and existing products.
• Lead initiatives focused on enhancing product localization and refining the user experience for various global markets, ensuring cultural relevance and accessibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a closely related field is required.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in product operations, growth marketing, or a similar strategic role, with a strong preference for backgrounds within the fintech or cryptocurrency industries.
• Demonstrated proven track record of successfully driving substantial user growth and increasing engagement metrics.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, proficient in utilizing data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse global teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast paced, dynamic, and ever changing work environment inherent to the crypto industry.
• A solid understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency principles is considered a significant advantage.
