About the Role: Product Manager Intern, AI Agent & Harness

We are actively developing core Agent capabilities and expanding the Skill ecosystem for Binance Agentic. We are seeking a Product Manager Intern with a strong passion for AI and Web3 to contribute to Agent product design, the Harness evaluation framework, comprehensive end-to-end task validation, and continuous product iteration. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with our experienced Product Management team, exploring how AI Agents can effectively address real-world Web3 challenges. This role offers invaluable hands-on experience in product design, evaluation framework development, and cross-functional delivery within Binance's fast-paced crypto exchange environment.

Responsibilities

• Agent Capability Design: Shadow and assist in designing Agent-related capabilities for Binance Agentic, including task flows, user interaction patterns, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and result feedback loops.
• Harness & Evaluation: Contribute to building and maintaining the Harness framework, assisting with test scenario design, evaluation criteria, task set curation, performance analysis, and iteration recommendations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to understand how business requirements are translated into shippable, testable, and production-ready product specifications.
• Web3 Use Case Research: Research and identify high-value, deployable Agent use cases across various Binance business lines, including Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other relevant areas.
• Industry Tracking: Stay updated on the latest developments in AI Agent technology, Multi-Agent Collaboration (MCP), tool-calling, prompt engineering, and automated evaluation, translating these insights into actionable product ideas.
• Metrics & Quality: Assist in defining and tracking key Agent performance metrics, such as task success rate, user satisfaction, error rate, response quality, and tool-calling accuracy.
• Continuous Improvement: Help identify issues arising from real-world Agent usage and support improvements across product, engineering, and operations teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated strong interest in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling.
• Interest in or prior exposure to Web3, cryptocurrency exchanges, digital wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, or DeFi.
• Basic understanding of AI Agent principles, including tool-calling, task planning, context management, or evaluation frameworks (knowledge gained through coursework, personal projects, or self-study is valued).
• Possess strong ownership and learning agility, comfortable navigating ambiguity and quickly acquiring new knowledge.
• Solid product fundamentals, with the ability to articulate clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), flow diagrams, test cases, and acceptance criteria (even at a foundational learning level).
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Personal projects or coursework specifically related to AI Agents, prompt engineering, or Large Language Model (LLM) applications.
• Prior experience with or exposure to cryptocurrency exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading, payments, or broader fintech products.
• Familiarity with Multi-Agent Collaboration (MCP), Function Calling, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-Agent orchestration, or workflow automation concepts.
• Knowledge of the Binance ecosystem or mainstream Web3 user scenarios.
• Fluency in English is essential for coordination with overseas stakeholders and staying abreast of global AI and Web3 product and technical advancements. Additional language skills are a plus.
