About Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a concise, fixed-term initiative designed for Early Career Talent to gain immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand the inner workings of the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. In addition to job responsibilities, there will be a strong focus on networking and development, which will expand your professional network and build transferable skills essential for career progression.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement intelligent agents and workflow orchestration systems for Web3 and blockchain applications.
• Integrate AI models (e.g., LLMs) into Web3 solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Develop and optimize smart contracts for AI-driven decentralized applications (dApps).
• Conduct research on emerging AI and Web3 technologies to identify innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of AI-powered blockchain solutions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Blockchain, or a related technical field.
• Strong understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and decentralized applications.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency in at least one blockchain development language (e.g., Solidity, Rust, Go).
• Familiarity with smart contract development and auditing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation at the intersection of AI and Web3.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, and remote environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
