Role Summary

As a Senior Product Manager for Payments at Binance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial transactions within the largest cryptocurrency exchange globally. This position involves driving the entire product lifecycle for payment solutions, from strategic definition to execution and performance monitoring.

What You Will Be Doing (Responsibilities)

• Translate complex business needs and user requirements into detailed, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for payment products.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Binance's overarching business strategy and market demands for payment solutions.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and research through development, launch, and post-launch optimization of payment features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality payment products.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for payment products, analyze market trends, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead cross functional teams to define requirements, identify dependencies, and manage timelines for payment related projects.

What We Look For In You (Requirements & Qualifications)

• Extensive Product Management Experience: A minimum of 8 years in product management, with at least 3 years specifically focused on payment products within the fintech or financial services industry.
• Cryptocurrency Acumen: A strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, blockchain technology, and its implications for payment systems.
