Compliance Case Analyst - Chinese Speaking at Binance

We are actively seeking a dedicated Case Analyst to support our extensive global expansion efforts and provide crucial support in engagements with law enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

• Effectively handle and review all forms of global law enforcement inquiries.
• Perform meticulous blockchain tracing and conduct preliminary investigations into unusual activities.
• Assist with pre-SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) filing mitigating controls and client offboarding processes.
• Actively participate in internal and external training programs related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and other relevant day-to-day compliance subjects.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient knowledge sharing.
• Undertake general administration and related activities as required to align with the Company's business requirements.

Requirements

• Possess at least 1-2 years of directly related experience in a compliance or regulatory-facing role, demonstrating substantial knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and day-to-day compliance affairs.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills, a systematic approach, and logical thinking abilities.
• Proven team player skills.
• Proactive, ambitious, and user-focused attitude.
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership over the law enforcement engagement process.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and stress.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong controls mindset and excellent time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Good knowledge of provisions within local laws, directives, regulations, and other standards applicable to subject persons, including an understanding of upcoming virtual currency policies.
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics, whether through using existing tools or manually tracking funds efficiently using relevant block explorers.
