The Role: Product Manager

We are actively seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our vibrant product team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial ideation through launch and subsequent iterations. You will collaborate closely with our engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and deliver exceptional products that effectively meet user needs and align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and comprehensive roadmap for critical product areas.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and gather detailed requirements.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into precise product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Effectively prioritize the product backlog and manage trade-offs to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate seamlessly with engineering and design teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
• Successfully launch new products and features in strategic partnership with our marketing and sales teams.
• Monitor product performance, collect valuable feedback, and iterate on improvements to enhance user satisfaction and achieve business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a preference for a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment.
• A proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products from conception to completion.
• A strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• The ability to think strategically while also executing tactically.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must be capable of working comfortably within US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience working with AI/ML products.
• Familiarity with GraphQL APIs.
