The Role: Head of Operations

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and strategic Head of Operations to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is perfect for a hands on leader who excels in an autonomous, high growth environment. You will be instrumental in scaling our business, optimizing processes, and fostering operational excellence across all departments. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Recruiterflow's global operations.

Key Responsibilities & What You Will Do

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies that align with our company's growth objectives. Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement scalable processes across sales, marketing, customer success, product, and finance. Ensure our operations are streamlined and effective.
• Financial Management: Work closely with the CEO on financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Manage key operational metrics and P&L responsibilities to ensure sustainable growth.
• Team Collaboration & Management: Foster cross functional collaboration, providing operational support and guidance to various teams. Optimize workflows to improve overall team output and satisfaction.
• HR & Legal Oversight: Partner with external consultants on HR compliance, talent acquisition, and legal matters. Ensure our people operations are robust and fair.
• System Implementation: Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to automate tasks and improve operational capabilities.
• Data Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform strategic decisions.

What You Need to Have

• Proven experience as a Head of Operations, COO, or similar senior operational leadership role, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Strong analytical skills and a data driven approach to problem solving.
• Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a remote first, autonomous environment.
