Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and deploy robust, high quality software solutions and features.
• Work closely with product managers and cross functional engineering teams to define and refine feature specifications.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their growth and contributing to comprehensive code reviews.
• Actively participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of our products.
• Ensure the optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of all developed applications.
• Proactively troubleshoot and debug complex production issues across various microservices and systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
• Demonstrated strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python and Node.js.
• Hands on experience with leading cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.
• Solid understanding of both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Familiarity and practical experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Experience with contemporary frontend frameworks, particularly React, is considered a significant advantage.
• Exceptional problem solving abilities and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
