Binance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with a strong focus on controllership to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting, supporting our global operations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in the month-end closing process, guaranteeing the timely and accurate generation of financial statements.
• Prepare essential journal entries, comprehensive reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data meticulously to identify trends, variances, and potential issues, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to gather necessary financial information and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports for both internal management and external stakeholders.
• Ensure stringent compliance with all relevant accounting principles (IFRS), company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support and facilitate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.
• Contribute significantly to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field. A CPA or ACCA certification is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the technology, fintech, or financial services industry.
• Possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are essential.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, is a significant plus.
• Previous experience in the Crypto industry is a distinct advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
