(Senior) Product Manager, Futures Frontend at Binance

Job Summary

Binance, the world's leading blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a (Senior) Product Manager to join their Futures Frontend team. This pivotal role involves enhancing the user experience and driving the development of innovative Futures trading products. You will leverage your deep understanding of trading processes, user behavior, and financial logic to define and optimize the entire futures trading flow, playing a key role in advancing the freedom of money for users globally.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the user experience and development aspects for Futures trading products.
• Deeply understand trading processes, user behavior, and trading logic to define and optimize the futures trading flow.
• Design and enhance the portfolio margin trading mode, encompassing user workflows, calculation frameworks, and system logic.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and detailed product documentation (PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications).
• Prioritize initiatives collaboratively with business and engineering teams, align on technical implementation approaches, and work closely with QA on acceptance criteria and testing, leading end-to-end product launches.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor benchmarking to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of best-in-class trading products.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to guarantee high product quality and timely milestone delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, coupled with a strong understanding of Futures trading.
• Sound knowledge of financial products; personal trading experience is preferred.
• A quick learner, capable of assimilating new concepts rapidly.
• Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, comfortable working collaboratively across teams and independently.
• Familiarity with Agile workflow and the ability to thrive within an Agile environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
