Key Competencies You Bring to Applaudo:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing software delivery projects, particularly within Managed Services or similar delivery models.
• Expertise in managing projects using stage-gate, milestone-based, or structured project delivery methodologies.
• Strong track record in managing project scope, dependencies, risks, and Change Requests effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Experience in accurately documenting project decisions, risks, client dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in preparing executive project status reports and comprehensive project documentation.
• Familiarity with AI/ML project delivery is a significant plus.
• Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is desirable.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar project management certifications are highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end software delivery across sequential workstreams using structured stage-gate or milestone-based methodologies.
• Ensure formal client approvals and sign-offs are meticulously completed before advancing to subsequent project phases.
• Diligently track and manage project dependencies, stakeholder participation, licensing, and customer deliverables.
• Proactively monitor project scope and manage Change Requests throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, accurately document, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and potential client-related delays.
• Prepare and clearly communicate comprehensive project status reports to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Coordinate seamless communication across Engineering, Product, Delivery, and customer teams to maintain optimal project alignment.
• Protect critical project timelines by proactively following up on pending approvals, dependencies, and project milestones.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance artifacts throughout the engagement.
• Actively support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project delivery efficiency and overall customer satisfaction.
