About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to collaborate directly with our CEO on our comprehensive suite of trading APIs and upcoming product initiatives. This is a highly hands-on, individual contributor role within a focused product team. You will be deeply involved with data, closely connected to customers, and work alongside engineers from initial concept to successful launch. This position is ideal for a strategic operator with a true founder mentality. You are expected to take full ownership, prioritize action, and drive projects end to end without needing explicit instructions. When data is scarce, you will formulate a thesis and validate it through rapid prototypes, quick experiments, and iterative development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for your designated product area, whether an existing set of our trading APIs or a net-new initiative.
• Base your product ideas and decisions on three independent sources:
• Customer Insights: Regularly engage with customers, analyze their metrics, understand their pain points, and anticipate their future builds.
• Unspoken Needs: Deep dive into on-chain and internal data to identify performance gaps, shifts in the competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Personal Expertise: Remain active and plugged into the DeFi and trading communities, gaining firsthand knowledge of what truly works and what doesn't.
• Serve as a true partner to our engineering leads, engaging in complex problem solving, evaluating tradeoffs, and making informed build decisions.
• Collaborate with the Go To Market (GTM) team on product positioning and driving adoption.
• Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to influence the overall product direction.

Who You Are

• You bring 6+ years of experience in product management, or equivalent experience as a founder, General Manager, or a trader who transitioned into product building.
• You have successfully shipped B2B, API, or infrastructure products that achieved significant adoption and generated revenue.
• You are data driven, capable of building your own Dune dashboards and analyzing API performance and internal analytics using tools like Grafana, Metabase, or similar platforms.
• You are technically fluent, able to engage effectively with engineers on topics such as routing, execution quality, latency, and other technical demands of the problem.
• You are DeFi native, with expertise in on-chain trading, perpetuals, and DEX aggregation. You are essentially the user you are building for.
• You are an expert AI user, leveraging agents, automating workflows, and building tools to significantly multiply your output.
• You consistently embody our core values: do the right thing, ship consistently, and focus on long term impact.
• You are able to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe.

Preferred Qualifications

• Founded a company or were an early builder at a technology startup, taking a product from zero to one.
• Possess a Computer Science background, or are an ex-engineer who transitioned into product.
• Strong experience within the EVM and/or Solana ecosystems.
• Experience mentoring or elevating other Product Managers.
• A deep understanding of financial markets.

• The base salary range for this position is USD $150,000 to $225,000, supplemented by equity, ZRX tokens, and a comprehensive benefits package. Within this range, individual compensation is determined by job related skills, experience, location, business needs, and candidate preferences regarding different compensation elements.
