Your Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly desired, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Treasury Coordinator, Corporate Accountant, or a similar financial role.
• Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and comprehensive financial modeling.
  • Proven experience working with complex financial models and large datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and data visualization tools.
• Analytical & Communication Skills:
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention-to-detail skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
• Desirable Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), specifically for SMEs or Full IFRS, is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in technology companies or multi-entity corporate environments is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools applied to finance is desirable.
  • Intermediate English proficiency is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project invoicing processes and vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy and complete traceability.
• Maintain and regularly update financial models using current operational and project data.
• Prepare and update monthly financial reports to effectively track project and business performance.
• Provide critical support for budgeting, forecasting, revenue planning, and in-depth cash flow analysis.
• Maintain and enhance profitability models, financial dashboards, and executive reporting packages.
• Monitor collections, project billing, and overall financial performance across active engagements.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting department to ensure accurate revenue recognition, appropriate cost allocation, and thorough financial reconciliations.
• Update labor cost models and provide essential support for financial closing activities.
• Maintain intercompany financial models and execute necessary funding reconciliations.
• Actively identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and boost overall operational efficiency.
