The Role: SEO Specialist

As an SEO Specialist at Coalition Technologies, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive search engine optimization strategies for our diverse portfolio of clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving to drive organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance overall digital visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and project managers, to implement cutting-edge SEO tactics and ensure client success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement successful SEO strategies for clients across various industries.
• Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, headings, and on-page elements, for improved search engine visibility and user engagement.
• Manage and execute link building campaigns, identifying high-quality backlink opportunities to boost domain authority.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.
• Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all website updates and content creation processes.
• Provide recommendations for site architecture, usability, and other factors affecting SEO performance.
• Educate clients on SEO principles and the value of implemented strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and WordPress.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex SEO concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with e-commerce SEO is a plus.
