Key Responsibilities of a Fullstack Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure backend services specifically for the Binance Exchange platform.
• Build and maintain responsive, high performance frontend user interfaces using modern web technologies and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and fellow engineers to define, implement, and launch innovative new features.
• Proactively optimize application performance, ensuring maximum scalability, reliability, and responsiveness across all services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established engineering standards.
• Actively participate in rigorous code reviews and contribute significantly to critical architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues, providing timely and effective resolutions to minimize downtime.

Essential Requirements for This Role

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands on experience in fullstack software development, with a strong emphasis on high throughput, low latency systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency in one or more backend languages, with Golang preferred, but strong experience in Java, C++, Rust, Python, or Scala is also highly valued.
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks, particularly React, Vue, or Angular.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and advanced multithreading concepts.
• Extensive experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Familiarity with messaging queues and event streaming platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Practical experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object oriented design principles.

Desirable Qualifications (Nice to Haves)

• Previous experience with blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, or high frequency financial trading systems.
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding principles in web application development.
• Active contributions to open source projects.
