We are seeking a talented Data Product Manager to lead data-driven product initiatives within our derivatives business. This is a 12-month fixed-term, full-time remote contract position. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving measurable enhancements in trader engagement, conversion rates, and the overall product experience, overseeing the entire process from initial insight generation to feature deployment. While contract extensions are possible, they cannot be guaranteed. This position offers flexibility regarding your physical location, requiring only that you are situated within APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives and campaigns specifically for Derivatives, including futures and TradFi products. This involves everything from problem definition through delivery and post-launch iteration.
• Analyze comprehensive trading and user behavior data to identify emerging trends, quantify potential opportunities, and translate these into a well-prioritized feature roadmap.
• Design intuitive, data-informed trading experiences aimed at significantly improving user engagement, conversion, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, and Compliance to successfully execute and ship new product features.
• Define clear success metrics, meticulously monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization cycles based on data analysis and valuable user feedback.

Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of experience in product management, data analysis, or a closely related field, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully shipping data-driven products.
• Exhibit a solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics; prior experience with crypto derivatives is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities across data analysis, user insights, and business intelligence, with comfort working independently with large datasets.
• Proven ability to effectively translate complex data into actionable product decisions and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading collaborative efforts across various cross-functional teams.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
