As a Senior Product Manager, you will focus on optimizing user experiences across critical Web3 product journeys with a regional focus on Asia.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Web3 product strategy, roadmap, and phased delivery plans for experience optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Drive significant improvements in workflow efficiency, content clarity, conversion rates, and the overall product experience within key Web3 flows.
• Establish robust KPI loops, including instrumentation, funnel analysis, experimentation, iterative development, and detailed impact reporting.
• Utilize product data, operational insights, and internal stakeholder feedback to identify friction points, prioritize opportunities, and drive effective optimization.
• Lead and coordinate execution across diverse teams including Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and Compliance, effectively managing risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Define and implement scalable product solutions that harmoniously balance experience quality, strategic business goals, and regulatory requirements within the dynamic Web3 environment.

Requirements

• Possess 10+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in Web3, cryptocurrency, or related digital platforms.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, cross-functional products focused on experience optimization, conversion improvement, workflow enhancements, or journey efficiency.
• In-depth understanding of Web3 product flows, including wallets, on-chain interactions, signing processes, transaction states, and associated user behaviors.
• Strong capabilities in system design and decomposition, coupled with a detail-oriented approach to execution.
• Highly data-driven, proficient in metrics analysis, funnel analysis, designing and interpreting experiments, and measuring impact.
• Proven ability to identify friction points in complex product flows and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Extensive experience collaborating effectively with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, and business stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

• Experience with AI + Web3 products, such as agent-based systems, automation, or intelligent execution.
