Brand Partnerships Manager at Pitch - Remote at Pitch

Pitch is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Brand Partnerships Manager to drive growth through external collaborations. This role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with key partners who have relevant audiences, then executing compelling co-marketing campaigns, creative content collaborations, and strategic paid engagements. You will work with a diverse range of partners including technology integrators, media outlets, industry communities, newsletters, and thought leaders. Your responsibilities will include negotiating partnership terms, co-creating impactful content, and launching campaigns designed to enhance Pitch's brand awareness and reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing initiatives with external collaborators, such as technology partners, community groups, and media properties.
• Plan and execute comprehensive co-marketing campaigns, joint webinars, co-branded content, and integration launches from conception to completion.
• Source and manage paid placements with high-performing newsletters, influential market thought leaders, key media sites, and private professional communities.
• Oversee and update marketplace and directory listings to ensure they remain current and highly effective in converting prospects.
• Evaluate and recommend partnership opportunities that best support growth objectives, continuously experimenting and reporting on the most efficient engagement strategies.
• Strategically determine the optimal engagement type, balancing co-marketing efforts with paid placements based on project goals.
• Coordinate partner contributions for co-marketing activities, including social media posts, interviews, and broader campaign involvement.
• Provide essential support for broader brand campaign moments and new product launches as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• You are a personable and professional product marketer with proven expertise in relationship management, capable of effectively representing Pitch externally.
• Demonstrated self-starter mentality, energized by the prospect of reaching new and relevant audiences and expanding into new market spaces.
• Ability to articulate and pitch co-marketing or partnership visions with enthusiasm, inspiring full buy-in from collaborators.
• Eagerness to develop new playbooks from scratch, experiment with various partners, and provide data-driven reports on successful strategies.
• Experience in establishing co-marketing opportunities and managing paid sponsorships within a fast-paced organizational environment.
• Possess a creative mindset with strong copywriting skills and a keen eye for aesthetics, enabling the crafting of engaging campaigns, effective messaging, and the refinement of content from external partners.
• Exhibit diplomatic communication and a cost-conscious approach when negotiating terms for collaborations.
