About the Role

As a Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will execute the regional marketing strategy, bringing global campaign initiatives to life through local programs. Your efforts will focus on generating qualified demand, accelerating pipeline growth, and increasing brand awareness across the region. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing local and regional campaigns, ensuring every marketing activity aligns tightly with sales goals and the specific market dynamics. A significant part of this role involves event management, overseeing the full lifecycle of local and regional trade shows and field events, from initial logistics and budget planning to post-event analysis and follow-through with the Sales team. Beyond events, you will work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing investments effectively translate into pipeline and revenue. You will track and report on program impact, using data to inform strategic adjustments. This role demands high execution, requiring you to move fluidly between planning and hands-on delivery, manage multiple projects concurrently, and build trusted partnerships with sales.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Regional Sales Partnership: Work closely with local sales teams to understand regional priorities, target accounts, and pipeline needs, providing ongoing marketing support to advance opportunities.
  • Campaign Execution: Adapt and activate global integrated campaigns for the region, ensuring proper localization of messaging, assets, and channels as required.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for various field events, including meetups, workshops, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate vendor management, promotions, and on-site execution to ensure successful experiences.
  • Targeted Program Activation: Support account-based initiatives, webinars, workshops, and regional programs designed to drive engagement with prospects and customers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Events, and Digital teams to ensure alignment and visibility into regional activities.
  • Lead Generation Support: Execute regional programs focused on generating qualified leads and accelerating existing opportunities. Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure proper follow-up and tracking.
  • Localization: Coordinate translation needs, regional messaging adjustments, and asset adaptation to ensure relevance for local audiences.
  • Program Measurement: Track basic performance metrics for regional activities, including attendance, lead volume, and initial pipeline influence. Share insights and feedback with Marketing leadership.
  • Budget Tracking: Assist with the management of regional marketing spend, including vendor invoices, event costs, and resource coordination.
  • Regional Insights: Provide feedback on customer interests, competitive activity, and market observations to inform broader marketing efforts.

What You Bring

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, specifically within field marketing, event planning, or regional campaign work.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Experience executing account-based marketing programs across digital, direct mail, and in-person touchpoints, working from a defined target account list to engage and move named accounts through the funnel.
  • Experience planning or supporting event logistics, vendor coordination, and promotional activities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when partnering across teams and with Sales stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt messaging and assets for regional use and ensure programs resonate with local audiences.
  • Comfortable working with marketing tools such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track program performance and report on results.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage details in a fast-paced environment.
