About the Role

The Customer Success team at Camunda is crucial for long-term customer retention and satisfaction. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will be a frontline advocate and strategic partner, dedicated to helping customers achieve their business goals. This role also significantly contributes to company growth through successful renewals and expansion opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and key stakeholders in the MEA region. Align Camunda technology with their business strategies and goals.
  • Develop comprehensive customer success plans, detailing KPIs, stakeholders, critical success factors, and product adoption strategies.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers throughout their journey, maximizing the value of their Camunda investment.
  • Champion customer-centricity within Camunda, enhancing retention, customer experience, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify and develop growth opportunities with existing customers, leveraging your trusted advisor status.
  • Engage proactively with our Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams on product and support-related issues.
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing teams to develop best practices, influence product roadmap discussions, and foster customer references.

What You Bring

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar enterprise software role.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive both retention (GRR) and expansion (NRR) using value-based engagement strategies.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of influencing buying decisions and fostering account growth.
  • Proven experience in building and effectively engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across global organizations, complemented by strong program and project management skills.
  • Extensive experience leading structured success planning, value management, and developing use case pipelines in enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to translate strategic business goals into actionable customer success motions and contribute to developing or refining enterprise playbooks.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, track success metrics, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Technical aptitude for discussions around process orchestration, automation, cloud architecture, and modern software development practices.
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
  • Ability and willingness to effectively use the Camunda product.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior experience in process automation, Business Process Management (BPM), or consulting.
  • Previous experience with maturity assessments and strategic advisory in a customer-facing capacity.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, open-source ecosystems, DevOps practices, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, or other customer success platforms for adoption management and outcome tracking.

What We Have to Offer

Compensation

Camunda offers competitive, fair, and transparent compensation, with location-based salary ranges. Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + variable target) varies by market. Final offers are dependent on skills, experience, and location. Examples include: United States ($119,600-$192,800), United Kingdom (£75,100-£123,500), and Singapore (S$148,500-S$222,700). For other locations, hiring is via Remote.com, and a personalized Total Rewards Calculator will be provided.
