As a Senior Product Manager for Web3 Earn at Binance, you will be instrumental in defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our innovative Web3 Earn product lines. This pivotal role involves leading the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to launch and continuous iteration. You will immerse yourself in market trends, user behavior, and competitive analysis to identify new growth opportunities and deliver exceptional value to our global user base.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Binance's Web3 Earn products, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs, new opportunities, and emerging trends in the Web3 and DeFi space.
• Translate complex business requirements and user needs into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, legal, and operations, to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and feature definition to development, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.
• Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and A/B testing to continuously iterate and optimize product features, driving user engagement and growth.
• Communicate product updates, performance, and strategic direction to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Web3, DeFi, and blockchain-related earn products, keeping abreast of industry developments.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product management, with a significant focus on Web3, DeFi, or blockchain products.
• Demonstrated expertise and deep understanding of the cryptocurrency ecosystem, including various Web3 protocols, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other decentralized applications (DApps).
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and highly adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively to meet strategic objectives.
