Responsibilities

• Develop robust relationships within the project community, with crypto founders, and top Venture Capital (VC) firms.
• Proactively identify and source new blockchain and cryptocurrency projects for potential listing on Binance.com and integration into Binance Alpha features.
• Ensure a strong and continuous pipeline of high-quality projects for listing consideration.
• Contribute expertise to the due diligence process, assisting the team in evaluating new opportunities based on factors such as team strength, competitive analysis, and tokenomics.
• Manage internal approval processes and present listing rationales effectively to senior organizational leaders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure coordinated efforts for deal sourcing and terms negotiation.
• Represent Binance at relevant global industry events.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding and relevant experience within the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including a strong grasp of current trends, themes, and tokenomics.
• Demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• 8-10 years of relevant asset listing experience gained in crypto business, venture capital, or exchange environments.
• Strong written and analytical skills essential for deal analysis and internal reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, as the Corporate Development team regularly engages with entrepreneurs and other members of the startup community.
• Ability to work effectively within a team structure while also being self-guided on daily tasks.
