We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our affiliate team. This role centers on managing and growing an expanding network of affiliates. A major part of this position involves collaborating with prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to maximize the effectiveness of their promotional efforts. You will also liaise with various internal departments to ensure affiliates have the necessary assets and tools to drive user acquisition for Binance.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

• Grow Affiliate Network: Conduct cold outreach to YouTubers, Media, and Influencers, handling negotiations, onboarding, and any required paperwork.
• Manage Key Accounts: Maintain regular communication with affiliates, analyze their performance metrics, and provide data driven recommendations for improvement.
• Campaign Execution: Create and execute promotional campaigns with a sharp focus on Return on Investment (ROI).
• Performance Reporting: Build comprehensive reports using internal data to optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel.
• Strategy Monitoring: Monitor the competitor landscape and proactively adjust our marketing strategy accordingly.
• Risk Management: Perform fraud detection, identifying new scam schemes and any manipulative activities by partners.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

• Proven experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably within the fintech or cryptocurrency sectors.
• A background in business development is a significant plus.
• A strong understanding of the crypto space is required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate effectively with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
