Responsibilities

  • Acquire and develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand existing customer relationships through sustained communication and a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
  • Build essential customer service processes and systems, formulate management rules, and meticulously track the status of key customers.
  • Analyze user behaviors to identify hidden needs, generate key customer analysis reports, and collaborate with various departments to deliver optimal key customer service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales experience in customer acquisition and origination, with a clear track record against sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Familiarity with and experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously within a sales team environment.
  • Experience collaborating with regional sales teams and participating in or hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in sales and client services with an international financial background in banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals, proprietary trading firms, private bank customers working with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptability in various situations, excellent relationship maintenance, and robust sales capabilities, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
  • A genuine passion for cryptocurrency; industry experience is a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English, Ukrainian, and Russian is essential for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders.
