Furthermore, you actively integrate AI tools into your daily workflow to enhance documentation quality, accelerate delivery, streamline collaboration, and support rapid product iteration. You excel in environments that highly value adaptability, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Competencies You Bring to Applaudo:

• Strong Agile/Scrum fluency, including expertise in backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, user story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Proven experience in managing product delivery across all phases: ideation, design handoff, development, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, and post-deployment activities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate product strategy into structured multi-quarter roadmaps and prioritized backlogs.
• Experience facilitating effective collaboration across Engineering, Design, and various stakeholder groups within cross-functional environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including proficiency in presenting updates, priorities, and risks to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Figma for mockup reviews and collaborative design handoff.
• Active use of AI-assisted tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Copilot Workspace within day-to-day product workflows.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for repository analysis, story generation, rapid prototyping, and workflow optimization.
• Background in consulting environments or experience within data-centric product organizations (highly desirable).
• Technical or coding knowledge (nice to have).
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsibilities:

• Own and maintain a well-groomed backlog, ensuring detailed user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and prioritization aligned with both engineering and business needs.
• Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies and drive alignment across distributed teams within the client's delivery framework.
• Lead release planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release notes generation, and usage reporting.
• Act as the primary product point of contact for the development team and senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and priorities.
• Triage bugs and enhancement requests, managing intake, prioritization, and assignment.
• Support user interviews and discovery processes, synthesizing findings into actionable backlog recommendations.
• Transition into multi-quarter roadmap and strategic prioritization responsibilities as engagement matures.
• Actively leverage AI tools to enhance documentation quality, improve workflow efficiency, and accelerate delivery speed.
