We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals for the Brand Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Business Development team. This presents an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with exceptional communication skills to acquire practical experience in public relations and influencer management within the dynamic crypto industry. As a Brand KOL BD team member, you will be instrumental in establishing and nurturing relationships with KOLs, assisting in event coordination, and managing communications during critical situations. You will represent our brand at KOL events, playing a pivotal role in fostering smooth collaborations and cultivating a positive public image. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the identification and engagement of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who align with Binance's brand values.
• Provide support to the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and various networking activities.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Binance and KOLs, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Aid in managing crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive periods.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports detailing KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure KOL strategies are consistent with overall public relations objectives.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company at all times.

Requirements

• A recent graduate or a final-year student pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in English is essential for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in additional languages will be considered a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships effectively.
• A presentable, confident demeanor, comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a fast paced environment.
• An interest in the crypto and blockchain industry is beneficial, though not strictly mandatory.
