About the Role

The Senior Manager - Treasury plays a crucial role in overseeing the organization's liquidity, cash flow, cash reporting, financing arrangements, and comprehensive insurance programs. This position involves close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and external financial institutions to ensure the company maintains appropriate funding, robust cash controls, and effective risk management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and long-term cash forecasting, reporting, and liquidity planning.
  • Manage banking relationships, financing facilities, and ensure compliance with debt covenants.
  • Lead cash management activities, including cash positioning, intercompany funding, and international cash repatriation strategies.
  • Manage the global insurance program, coordinating with insurance brokers to secure appropriate coverage types and limits across all organizational properties and activities.
  • Develop and implement treasury policies related to cash, debt, investments, and risk management.
  • Monitor and actively manage financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange (FX), and counterparty risk.
  • Provide support for capital structure planning, financing transactions, and refinancing initiatives.
  • Partner with the Accounting department on month-end close procedures, treasury-related accounting, and internal control frameworks.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with all debt covenants, treasury policies, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive treasury-related reports and analyses for senior leadership presentations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking roles.
  • Strong foundational understanding of cash management principles, various debt instruments, and financial risk mitigation.
  • Proven experience collaborating with banks, lenders, insurance brokers, and utilizing treasury systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini) and a consistent practice of integrating them into daily workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • CPA, CFA, CTP, or MBA qualifications are considered a significant advantage.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.

The compensation for this role ranges from $140,250 to $170,000, with additional equity offerings. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience. Please note that the compensation range listed for U.S.-based roles applies specifically to candidates working within the United States. Candidates located outside the U.S. will receive regionally adjusted compensation packages.
