Responsibilities

• Spearhead the ideation, design, back-testing, and implementation of options pricing, risk management, and agency trading strategies.
• Develop and maintain advanced options valuation models, encompassing volatility surface modeling, accurate Greeks calculation, and sophisticated exotic option pricing frameworks.
• Conduct in-depth research into implied volatility dynamics, volatility arbitrage opportunities, and the intricate options market microstructure in both traditional finance and cryptocurrency markets.
• Collaborate directly with the development team to ensure seamless and agile integration of strategies and models into the core trading platform.
• Actively participate in all phases of new product development, from initial ideation and robust modeling to comprehensive risk management and precise parameter tuning.

Requirements

• Possess 4+ years of professional experience in a quantitative researcher or analyst position, with a demonstrated track record in options pricing research and modeling.
• Exhibit hands-on experience with various options pricing models, including Black-Scholes, binomial trees, Monte Carlo simulations, and advanced stochastic volatility models such as Heston or SABR.
• Hold a Master's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Demonstrate a strong record of academic achievement and exceptional learning abilities, coupled with a passion for solving complex problems and thriving in a fast paced environment.
• Be proficient with at least one programming tool for quantitative analysis, with Python being strongly preferred.
• Previous experience with hedge funds, mutual funds, trading houses, brokerage firms, or investment banks is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with trading data processing, price prediction methodologies, and related concepts is beneficial.
• Experience with Machine Learning algorithms is a plus.
• An understanding of Decentralized Exchange (DEX) trading environments is advantageous.
• Fluency in English is mandatory to effectively coordinate with international partners and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
