Paid Campaign Manager at Cloudbeds

Overview
What You Will Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize global paid media campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and review platforms such as Capterra and Hotel Tech Report.
- Build and execute ABM-style programs using target account lists from Salesforce to reach key accounts with personalized, multi-touch campaigns.
- Own budget pacing and channel performance, with a focus on efficient pipeline generation and measurable ROI.
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants and agency partners across regions to scale demand generation initiatives and meet KPIs.
- Collaborate weekly with regional sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align paid media strategy with revenue goals.
- Partner with Content, SEO, and CRO teams to support organic growth and conversion optimization on the website.
- Experiment with non-traditional demand tactics including LinkedIn thought leadership, Slack community engagement, influencer tests, and emerging channels.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, and improve lead routing and conversion with tools like Chili Piper, Qualified, or LeanData.
Who You Are
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing budgets and performance across Google Search and LinkedIn Ads, with familiarity in Meta Ads and niche review platforms.
- Strong ABM mindset with a track record capturing mid-market or enterprise audiences through targeted, multi-channel programs.
- Intermediate to advanced experience with Salesforce CRM and Account Engagement (Pardot) for using account data in campaign activation.
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager and GA4 for campaign tracking and web analytics, and experienced with Excel or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
- Working knowledge of BI tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Sigma, or similar for reporting and insights.
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, comfortable working across time zones in a remote environment. English fluency required, Spanish a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with lead routing tools like Chili Piper, Qualified, or LeanData.
- Experience with Zapier or other automation platforms to build workflows across systems.
- Experience in hospitality or travel tech is a plus but not required.
