About This Role

As a Senior Brand Designer at LiveKit, your influence extends beyond core identity. As the company continues its rapid growth, so does the diverse scope of design projects - encompassing campaigns, events, billboards, keynote presentations, promotional merchandise (swag), product launches, and a myriad of other initiatives.

We are seeking a brand designer who is enthusiastic about this broad spectrum of work and can fluidly transition between vastly different types of design challenges. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional craft and aesthetic judgment, demonstrate the ability to work quickly, explore a wide array of creative concepts, and consistently deliver work that is both thoughtful and distinctly LiveKit in its essence.

What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive brand campaigns from their initial conceptualization through to final execution across various channels, including digital, print, and out of home media.
• Take ownership of the creative direction and execution for all events, ranging from booth graphics and signage to immersive environmental design and supporting collateral.
• Develop robust presentation systems that ensure all sales, marketing, and keynote materials embody the distinctive LiveKit brand identity.
• Strategically extend the brand into new interfaces and formats while meticulously maintaining brand coherence and integrity.
• Design desirable physical goods and branded merchandise that people genuinely value, want to keep, and proudly wear.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to transform preliminary, often broad, briefs into impactful, high quality, and quickly delivered design solutions.

Who You Are

• A senior brand designer with a robust portfolio showcasing strong work across a diverse array of mediums, including successful campaigns, digital assets, print materials, out of home advertisements, environmental designs, and professional presentations.
• Demonstrated experience in guiding campaign or advertising projects from the conceptual stage through production and into real world implementation.
• A systems oriented thinker capable of evolving and expanding an existing brand identity, rather than merely operating within established guidelines.
• Adept at working at a fast pace without ever compromising on the quality of craft, attention to detail, or overall excellence.
• Actively integrating and experimenting with artificial intelligence tools as a core part of your creative workflow, from initial exploration to final execution.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding and sensibility for motion design, even if you are not directly responsible for animating every frame.
• Previous experience working at developer facing or design forward companies.
