Who Should Apply

Responsibilities

• Creatively source merchandise (swag) for global marketing campaigns, proposing innovative product combinations across diverse themes.
• Coordinate effectively with vendors and designers, meticulously evaluating materials and production techniques, and diligently following up on sample development and production stages.
• Utilize advanced AI tools to assist with comprehensive data analysis, strategic merchandise selection, accurate cost estimation, and competitive benchmarking of competitor merchandise.
• Efficiently consolidate merchandise requirements from various regions, actively track project progress, provide timely status updates to stakeholders, and assist with meticulous inventory management.

Requirements

• Demonstrated strong creativity in merchandise and gift curation, with the ability to rapidly develop multiple well-reasoned product bundle ideas.
• Mandatory bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate seamless coordination with international partners and diverse stakeholders.
• Possess a detail-oriented and highly organized approach, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently with robust execution skills.
• Exhibit a strong aesthetic sense, coupled with a keen understanding of brand identity, prevailing market trends, and evolving user preferences.
• Prior experience in merchandise production, promotional products, corporate gifts, or branded merchandise is highly preferred.
