Responsibilities

• Creator Identification & Onboarding: Proactively identify and recruit global crypto creators, guiding them through a seamless onboarding process.
• Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute strategic creator engagement and retention initiatives, serving as the crucial link between creators and internal teams.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of high-impact global crypto creators, meticulously tracking community growth metrics related to engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Community Growth & Marketing: Design and implement innovative community growth programs and execute targeted creator marketing initiatives to elevate brand awareness and foster enhanced community interaction through collaborative efforts with creators.
• Collaboration & Industry Trends: Facilitate engaging AMA sessions, interviews, and community-driven initiatives in partnership with creators. Stay comprehensively informed on the latest trends, news, and developments within the crypto industry, actively identifying emerging crypto creators, and monitoring competitor activities.

Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross-channel marketing, ideally coupled with a robust understanding of the crypto industry.
• Crypto Community Involvement: Demonstrated involvement or significant experience within the crypto creator community, or possession of a valuable network within the broader crypto industry.
• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal abilities to cultivate strong relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders. Proficiency in Spanish, Vietnamese, and Ukrainian is considered a distinct advantage.
• Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical skills to effectively interpret data and formulate impactful strategies.
• Work Ethic: An ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated individual capable of independent work, while also collaborating effectively with remote global team members.
