Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and continuously improve content governance platforms, anti-abuse tools, and content operations solutions.
• Integrate recommendation systems with content governance capabilities to build efficient, stable, and scalable governance pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with governance and product teams to implement content review, risk detection, and policy enforcement systems.
• Design and deploy content takedown rules, conduct ongoing adversarial defense, evaluate effectiveness, and optimize rules.
• Build and refine content governance rule engines, enhancing rule configuration, gradual rollout, retrospective analysis, and operations management efficiency.
• Provide systematic governance solutions to combat spam, traffic diversion, low-quality content, black/gray-market activities, fraud, and low-quality shilling.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java or Go, demonstrated by strong engineering design and system development skills.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, microservice architecture, message queues, caching mechanisms, and relational databases.
• Understanding of content governance workflows, including content review processes, risk detection, policy enforcement, and effectiveness evaluation.
• Experience with rule engines or policy platforms, capable of abstracting governance requirements into configurable and extensible system capabilities.
• Awareness of common content platform ecosystem issues and governance approaches, coupled with risk awareness and adversarial thinking.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with product, operations, algorithm, and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with recommendation systems, recommendation engineering, or content distribution systems.
• Background in content safety, anti-fraud measures, risk control, or black/gray-market adversarial defense.
• Experience in building large-scale content governance platforms, rule engines, or policy operations platforms.
• Familiarity with applying machine learning models to content review, risk detection, or recommendation governance tasks.
