The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Intelligence/Data Analytics professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing complex data sets, identifying key trends, and providing actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions across various departments at Binance. You will work closely with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to understand their data needs and translate them into robust analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reports using BI tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights related to user behavior, product performance, market trends, and operational efficiency.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders, supporting data driven decision making.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data sources, dashboards, and analytical methodologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a Business Intelligence, Data Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the FinTech, blockchain, or technology industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficient in using Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, global environment.
• Detail oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology.
