The Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are actively seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to bolster our ongoing global expansion efforts. This pivotal role will primarily focus on diverse corporate and business hiring initiatives, including areas such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring Binance attracts, hires, and retains top tier talent, while simultaneously cultivating a robust talent pipeline and fostering strong, advisory relationships with business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting processes for open positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and offer negotiation.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from initial contact through to successful onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously enhance the hiring process.
• Lead or actively participate in various HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
• Develop and nurture a consistently stocked pipeline of high quality talent through various methods, including networking within the community, engaging with universities, attending local job fairs, and maintaining ongoing contact with promising candidates for future roles.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally gained within a top tier Internet company or specialized agency.
• Demonstrated experience in Business or Corporate Talent hiring, particularly for Web3/Crypto companies, is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for effective coordination with international partners and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Proficiency with modern sourcing and candidate selection techniques.
• Experience in Market Mapping for global or Asian markets.
• A proven track record of successfully meeting aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work autonomously and independently.
• A positive disposition towards cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
