If you are eager to engage in meaningful work and make a significant impact, this role may be precisely what you are looking for.
What you'll be doing:
- Design and execute technical enablement programs that boost the productivity and confidence of post-sales teams (Technical Account Managers, Consultants, Support, Pre-Sales) by deepening their product, solution, and architectural fluency.
- Translate complex product capabilities into scalable learning experiences, playbooks, and technical assets that empower customer-facing teams to effectively articulate value and resolve customer challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and Education teams to ensure technical readiness and alignment across field enablement initiatives.
- Operationalize enablement at scale by establishing robust frameworks, content systems, and measurement models that directly link readiness to adoption, delivery quality, and positive customer outcomes.
- Continuously analyze and enhance field performance through data-driven insights, A/B testing, and ROI tracking to refine programs and demonstrate clear business impact.
What you bring:
- Ability and/or willingness to utilize Camunda's product.
- Proven experience in building and delivering technical enablement frameworks that are scalable across post-sales or technical functions.
- A strong understanding of software architecture, automation, or integration technologies to effectively translate complex capabilities into comprehensive learning programs.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately measure enablement ROI through metrics such as adoption rates, productivity gains, and customer outcomes.
- Expertise in cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills specifically tailored for technical audiences.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Camunda, Business Process Management (BPM), automation, or orchestration technologies.
- Familiarity with DevOps, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or solution architecture.
- Hands-on experience with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Captivate) or enablement platforms (e.g., Mindtickle, Highspot).
- A background in technical consulting, Technical Account Management (TAM), or Professional Services (PS) delivery.
What We Have to Offer:
