Where We Work

Circle is a 100% remote, distributed company. This team is fully distributed, requiring you to be a self-starter who delivers high-quality work efficiently, allowing you to enjoy your personal life. We gather twice yearly for company offsites to strengthen connections and align on our vision. For this role, we generally seek candidates in North American time zones.

The Impact You Will Have

Drive Revenue Growth

  • Close new business deals valued between $20K-$100K ACV by managing prospects from trial through contract signature.
  • Execute expansion opportunities by managing a portfolio of existing customers after previous sales.

Execute Consultative Sales

  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer needs, challenges, and success criteria.
  • Deliver tailored demonstrations that highlight Circle's value proposition for various use cases across creators, brands, and enterprises.
  • Navigate complex buying processes, engaging multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop compelling business cases and ROI models for executive stakeholders.
  • Create mutual evaluation plans and success criteria collaboratively with prospects.

Continuously Learn and Improve

  • Stay updated on product releases and understand how customers utilize new features, as the product evolves daily.
  • Engage in self-education through reading, podcasts, and learning from teammates.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales with typical deal sizes between $30K-$50K ACV.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding quota and ranking as a top performer.
  • Expertise in consultative selling, with the ability to conduct in-depth discovery and construct value-based business cases.
  • Proficiency in English at CEFR C2 / ILR Level 5 (spoken, written, reading).
  • Strong alignment with Circle's core values.

Compensation

The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role are $150,000 - $190,000 USD, depending on experience. This includes variable compensation at 50% base and 50% variable. The stated cash compensation range is a starting point. In addition to equity, benefits, and perks, your cash compensation is subject to an annual review and potential increase once per year.
