About the Role

Dandy is actively hiring a dynamic, high-energy, and process-driven Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. As a leader on our commercial sales team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping the future of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. In this role, you’ll lead a team of ambitious Account Executives, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the team consistently exceeds quota and fuels Dandy’s international expansion. What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a group of 8-10 high-performing Dandy Account Executives to consistently exceed their goals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and drive a high standard of performance for the team, ensuring they have the necessary resources to deliver at their best.
  • Serve as a hands-on coach, continuously developing the team. This includes, but is not limited to: holding weekly one-on-one touch-bases to ensure team members are consistently performing at 110%; coaching individual representatives based on their specific skill sets; conducting weekly live call reviews to identify and iterate on key focus areas; leading by example by occasionally joining calls to demonstrate best practices; conducting weekly pipeline reviews and training sessions to optimize performance; leading weekly team meetings to outline objectives, provide guidance on ongoing/upcoming initiatives, and keep the team motivated and engaged.
  • Manage escalations, assist representatives in navigating challenging deals, and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to deliver outstanding outcomes for both the business and the customer.
  • Become an expert in our product and processes to unblock team members as needed, ensuring they can focus on successful selling.
  • Influence GTM strategy and determine how the Dandy pitch and offering can be optimized for specific markets.
  • Operate with an ownership mentality-be proactive when you identify an opportunity and seize it to contribute to your own growth and Dandy's overall success.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience.
  • 3+ years of sales management experience, managing at least 5+ sales representatives.
  • Proven record of success in a high-velocity/high-volume sales environment.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment. Must possess low ego and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.
  • Experience in motivating a team to fill their calendar with outbound prospecting when needed.
  • Must be intellectually curious-dentistry is complex, and you must be committed to continuously educating yourself on our customer’s industry.

Bonus Points For

  • You’ve sold to SMB customers, particularly in an antiquated industry.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant parts of the Sales tech stack, such as Gong.
