The Role

We are actively seeking a talented Recruiter to bolster our global expansion efforts. This pivotal role will primarily focus on various corporate and/or business hiring initiatives, including areas such as Business Development, Marketing, and Operations. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Binance attracts, hires, and retains top-tier talent, while simultaneously building a robust talent pipeline and fostering strong relationships with business partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, and negotiating offers.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, from the initial introduction through to successful onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously enhance the hiring process.
• Lead or actively participate in various HR projects and strategic initiatives.
• Efficiently manage recruiting databases, ensuring structured and timely data maintenance.
• Develop and maintain a continuously stocked pipeline of high-quality talent through diverse methods, including community networking, engagement with universities, attendance at local job fairs, and fostering ongoing relationships with promising candidates for future roles.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a top-tier Internet company or recruitment agency.
• Prior business/corporate talent hiring experience for Web3 or Crypto companies is a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for effective coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, with a specific requirement for Spanish.
• Demonstrated expertise with modern sourcing and selection techniques.
• Experience in market mapping for global markets, particularly Asia.
• A successful track record of achieving aggressive hiring goals.
• Effective stakeholder management, relationship building, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines concurrently.
• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A positive disposition towards cryptocurrency and the blockchain space.
