Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Insight Lead specializing in User Growth to join our team. This role is critical in shaping our global user acquisition and retention strategies within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize user growth and marketing strategies through analysis of our current global ecosystem.
• Lead full-funnel user journeys analysis, covering acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Drive multi-channel user acquisition initiatives, including leveraging KOLs, Paid Ads, SEO, referrals, communities, and social channels.
• Establish and track key performance metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), retention rates, conversion rates, and viral coefficient.
• Execute rapid A/B testing, iterate on growth models, and work to improve overall user quality.
• Tailor growth strategies specifically for local markets by developing deep user insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to effectively bring growth strategies to life.

Requirements

• Proven experience with 8+ years in user growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles.
• Demonstrated experience navigating global markets, specifically in MENA, LATAM, SEA, or Africa.
• Possess a strong data mindset and familiarity with industry growth tools and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• A background in Internet, Web3, or Fintech is highly preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong advantage.
• Must be adaptable, entrepreneurial, and hands-on in daily operations.
