We are seeking a strategic and hands on Manager of Strategic Finance (GTM & Revenue) to lead revenue forecasting and act as the primary business partner to Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams. You will be pivotal in driving our growth strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and providing actionable insights that guide leadership decisions.

What You Will Do

• Strategic Financial Partner: Serve as the main finance partner for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. Contribute valuable perspectives, challenge current assumptions, and deliver high quality recommendations.
• Revenue Steering & Reporting: Own the revenue forecast by segment and country, incorporating pipeline and cohort data. Deliver detailed revenue reporting, including monthly variance commentary and key insights to steer business direction.
• Performance Management & KPIs: Analyze specific areas of our business to determine where we can set aggressive targets. Then, collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute initiatives based on these recommendations.
• GTM Efficiency & Unit Economics: Take ownership of GTM efficiency metrics and reporting, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), payback period, Life Time Value (LTV), and retention across segments and cohorts.
• Process Improvement & Scalability: Enhance planning and reporting workflows and automate repetitive tasks. Identify operational inefficiencies and design scalable solutions to boost business performance and capability to support scaling.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of finance experience (FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or private equity). This must include at least 3 years working in-house at a high growth company specifically supporting GTM or revenue functions.
• Practical experience developing revenue forecasts, sales capacity, quota modeling, or compensation modeling.
• Proven success partnering with GTM leaders, demonstrating the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve complex problems amidst ambiguity. Must be comfortable analyzing deep operational details while thinking strategically.
• A clear bias for action and an unwavering commitment to achieving results.
• Exceptional modeling skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to utilize AI tools in daily work to drive efficiencies.
• Exceptional communication abilities, with the capacity to translate complex analyses into clear, executive ready insights.
