Earn Operation BD (Onchain Direction) at Binance

This position involves driving business growth and strategic partnerships within the on-chain finance space.

Responsibilities

• Product and Business Opportunity Identification: Apply strong wealth management business thinking and product thinking to proactively identify suitable on-chain tokenized traditional finance products and DeFi projects based on evolving user needs. Work closely with internal teams to integrate these opportunities into the existing product ecosystem while ensuring strict adherence to risk control requirements.
• Partnership Opportunity Management: Take full ownership of internal business collaboration opportunities. This includes managing the project evaluation, product assessment, and optimization discussions with external partners, all conducted in compliance with internal risk management principles.
• Cross-functional Coordination and Campaign Execution: Collaborate closely with the internal product operations and campaign operations teams to successfully plan and execute user growth and engagement initiatives specifically related to Earn products and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Traditional Finance Background: Possess a solid background in traditional finance. You must have strong familiarity with yield sources and yield strategies across conventional financial assets, such as bonds, funds, equities, commodities, and foreign exchange.
• On-chain DeFi Experience: Must have hands-on experience with on-chain DeFi products. This includes a deep understanding of products like Lending, Staking, Liquidity Provision (LP), and RWA Vault protocols. Candidates should be able to understand underlying yield mechanisms and risk structures to assess how on-chain products fit into the current product ecosystem.
• Business Development Capability: Demonstrate strong business development and partnership skills. You must be able to proactively identify and drive both internal and external collaboration opportunities and work closely with the operations team to execute related campaigns and initiatives.
• AI and Data-Driven Analysis: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for product analysis, operational performance reviews, and campaign effectiveness evaluation is required. You must be able to proactively pinpoint execution gaps or blind spots within the team using a rigorous data-driven methodology.
• Bilingual Communication Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
