Role Overview: Growth & Partnerships Manager - Staking Products Taiwan

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to drive the growth across our full staking portfolio, which includes Staking, Liquidity Staking Tokens (LST), and On-chain Yields. This role is vital for increasing Total Value Locked (TVL), revenue, and active users through strategic ecosystem partnerships and focused user-tier operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Portfolio Growth: Drive growth across the entire staking portfolio by increasing TVL, Revenue, and active users through ecosystem partnerships and user operations.
• Product Iteration: Actively participate in product operations by monitoring user feedback and protocol performance. Collaborate with Research and Product Owners to evaluate optimization directions, translating market signals into actionable product iteration recommendations.
• Campaign Design and Execution: Partner with the Earn team and internal groups to design activity driven mechanisms aimed at converting platform resources into user growth.
• Partnership Management: Establish and nurture long term relationships with DeFi protocols, L1/L2 solutions, LSTs, Real World Asset (RWA) partners, and institutional clients. This includes landing incentive campaigns, joint activities, protocol integrations, and institutional capital channels.
• Cross-Team Leadership: Lead collaboration across Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to ensure seamless end to end delivery. Build unified operations across the Staking line and provide market and competitive insights to guide roadmap decisions.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2 or more years in product operations and growth within CEX, DeFi, or yield products.
• A strong fundamental understanding of DeFi and CEX products, including the ability to independently assess yield sources and associated risks, and understanding how exchange product lines contribute to Assets Under Management (AUM) and retention.
• Demonstrated Product Owner mindset, capable of assessing product value, maintaining clear thinking regarding product positioning and roadmap, and collaborating effectively with Product teams and cross functional partners.
• Proven success in driving partnerships from concept to execution - this includes identifying opportunities, designing proposals, negotiating terms, and leading to live integration.
