Role Overview
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will have a significant opportunity to collaborate with a high-growth, high-velocity sales organization. Your role will involve driving and measuring performance against the sales team's key performance indicators. You will operate hands-on, optimizing processes to maximize your team's capacity and serving as a strategic partner to sales leadership. Your efforts will ensure operational excellence, adherence to processes and policies, and enable the sales team for success in partnership with the Enablement team. This position is critical for achieving our growth objectives, providing sales leadership with necessary performance insights, maintaining a visible and healthy sales funnel, and ensuring our technology stack runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the execution of core Sales Operations processes, including lead distribution, account assignment, quota setting, and performance management.
- Support pipeline hygiene and reporting across the Awareness, Consideration, Decision, and Commit stages.
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards for pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
- Report and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly key performance metrics across the team, highlighting trends and proactively flagging issues to Sales Leadership.
- Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures for Salesforce for both Account Executive (AE) and Business Development Representative (xDR) teams.
- Optimize the sales technology stack, including but not limited to Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong, to maximize efficiency.
- Partner with Sales Operations leadership to execute forecasting cadences and pipeline reviews effectively.
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and recommend process improvements to ensure data accuracy.
- Work cross-functionally with business systems and enablement partners to launch new initiatives for the sales team.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, consulting, banking, or high-growth startup environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A track record of continuous process improvement with demonstrable strategic impact.
- Ability to work autonomously, drive projects to completion, and deliver high-quality results.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Proven success working cross-functionally to achieve revenue targets.
- Preferred experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) tech-stack tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ChiliPiper, and Gong.
- Strong leadership skills, including experience managing and developing teams.

This ensures our team members are well-supported, regardless of their location. The compensation for this role ranges from $125,800 to $148,000 USD and includes equity offers. Please note that actual compensation will vary based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience. The compensation listed for U.S.-based roles applies exclusively to candidates working within the United States; candidates located outside the U.S. will have regionally adjusted compensation.
