Senior Product Manager - Experience Optimization at Binance

About the Role

Binance is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Experience Optimization team. In this role, you will drive product strategy and execution to improve user experience across our platform. You will work cross functionally with design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and ship impactful product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for experience optimization initiatives
• Conduct user research and analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities
• Define product requirements, write specifications, and prioritize features
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high quality products
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success
• Run A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize conversion
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer facing digital products
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven decision making
• Experience running A/B tests and experimentation programs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, remote first environment
• Experience in fintech, crypto, or high scale consumer platforms is a plus
• Fluency in English
