Responsibilities

• Architect and implement a highly scalable and flexible data warehouse system, ensuring alignment with company standards and business objectives. This role aims to facilitate rapid analytical support and minimize redundant development efforts.
• Oversee data model design, development, thorough testing, deployment, and real-time monitoring of data jobs. Demonstrate strong capabilities in diagnosing and resolving complex issues, optimizing calculation logic, and enhancing system performance.
• Actively contribute to key data governance initiatives, including the advancement of the company's metadata management and robust data quality monitoring systems.
• Support the technical team's growth through effective knowledge sharing, fostering continuous learning, and driving skill enhancement to elevate overall team expertise.

Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of hands-on professional experience in data engineering, data lake architecture, or data warehouse development.
• Exhibit deep expertise in data warehouse modeling and governance, including dimensional modeling, information factory-data vault methodologies, and adherence to "one data" principles.
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, or Python, coupled with strong Hive and Spark SQL programming skills.
• Practical experience working with OLAP engines such as Apache Kylin, Impala, Presto, or Druid, as well as real-time data serving systems.
• Demonstrated track record with both high-throughput batch pipelines and low-latency streaming pipelines (e.g., Flink, Kafka), consistently meeting production SLAs for stability, availability, and sub-second data freshness.
• Familiarity with core Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Flink, Delta Lake, Hudi, Presto, HBase, Kafka, Zookeeper, Airflow, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
• Experience within Web3 data domains, covering on-chain/off-chain data, token/transaction/holder analytics, and the ability to design data services that power online applications. AWS Big Data service experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and system-design capabilities, with a clear aptitude for translating complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality data architecture.
• Exhibit a collaborative mindset, adept at building effective partnerships across diverse teams and with various stakeholders.
• Preferred: Experience managing petabyte-scale data within Internet environments and a proven ability to resolve critical real-time production incidents.
• Language Requirement: Bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
